Recovery of the industrial cultural heritage of Colònia Llaudet. Outdoor and indoor visitor reception area
This action aims to create a reception and service area both inside and outside the Llaudet Museum to ensure its accessibility and enhance the industrial building and improve the quality of the visit and the visitor experience.
The project to create a Reception Area in the outdoor and indoor area of the Llaudet Textile Museum is part of the recovery and rehabilitation of heritage to adapt it to new uses, compatible with current needs. In this case, given the impossibility of recovering or maintaining the original industrial use of this heritage, the valorization process involves the physical and architectural rehabilitation of one of the warehouses of the old factory for the creation of a museum that allows the interpretation and enhancement of the importance of the past of the textile industry in the Ripollès region.
