The representation, governance and administration of the Foundation are entrusted exclusively to the Board of Trustees, whose members are appointed subject to the provisions of the statutes and of the Foundation, where the object and purposes are specified.
According to article 23 of the Statutes, the Board of Trustees is made up of the following members, who may appoint a person to represent them or replace them in the event that they are unable to attend the meetings or because of the issues discussed in them:
- The Mayor of Sant Joan de les Abadesses City Council, who will chair the Board of Trustees.
- The councilor of the corresponding area.
- A councilor from each opposition group.
- The Rector of the Parish or a representative appointed by the Pastoral Council.
